exceptional BPO Service for lenders across the country who quickly need a value

reports and can accommodate the lender's deadlines. Our BPO and Appraisal
Department has recently expanded in order to fulfill the needs of our clients,
especially when placing bulk orders. |
| The BPO Report |
| You can expect a presentable report customized to your standards,
accompanied by photographs and signed by the real estate agent. Our BPO
Coordinators will review the report first for completeness and omissions, have
adjustments made when necessary and then forward the original to you within
five days from the order date. In some cases we are able to provide "extreme
rush" BPO's in the same day as the order. Lenders find this service extremely
valuable. |
| Proactive Communication |
| Communication between you (the client) and our BPO Coordinators is
paramount. If a legal description is needed we will advise you immediately, not
on the due date. We respect the tight schedules to which you must conform. |
| Network of Agents |
| Since 1990, we have cultivated an extensive database of agents and
appraisers throughout the country who have provided us with BPO's and
Appraisals in their territories. We retain only those agents and appraisers we
rate as "excellent" and who perform to our high standards. |
| Easy Ordering |
| You can order BPO's and Appraisals with us via fax, e-mail or via
the internet. The choice is yours. You will also have your own BPO Account Manager and their staff available to
answer any questions you may have regarding your orders. The BPO and Appraisal
Department has a very efficient billing service. as it is important to pay the
agents in a timely manner. |

once the form is chosen and details discussed. Whether you need to order
